EDO/Private Tax Collectors Comply Fully With Edo State Government’s Directive

Edo State Government’s ban on collection of taxes by private bodies have continued to attract commendation from commercial bus drivers and traders in Benin City.
Adesuwa Lato reports that although bus drivers no longer pay taxes to private bodies, there is still hike in transport fares.

About 42,000 members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have decamped to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Leading the decampees who cover from 21 Local Government Areas of the state, is the former Presidential Adviser on Legal Matters to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Bar.
